Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to ensure essential company information reaches our team members effectively.
  • Cultivate an organisational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and where every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.
  • Advocate the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensure consistent brand usage.
  • Continuously assess the performance of our internal communications.
  • Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
  • Implement, develop, and oversee internal communication activities and initiatives, including video content.
  • Manage and moderate engagement on our internal HR platform.
  • Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, with a track record of developing and executing effective strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective self-management and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Excellent organisational skills and problem solving abilities
