Job Title: Internal Account Manager

Job Summary:

EVO is seeking a highly skilled Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, increasing sales, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive telesales calls
  • Identify opportunities to quote and send quotes the same day
  • Proactively increase the product range sold into each customer
  • Understand and utilize sales tools to maximize customer spend
  • Achieve initial gross profit margin and new business sales targets
  • Ensure all computerized records are up to date
  • Support marketing campaigns and maximize take-up

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accurately pricing and maximizing profitability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
