As a Consultancy Practice Manager, you'll oversee the business functions of an MHR consulting practice. Your key responsibilities include efficient and effective business planning and execution in line with agreed business plan targets, quality metrics, and customer experience metrics.
You'll be responsible for year-on-year efficiency savings and revenue growth through skills and service development.
Your key responsibilities:
- Capacity planning and deployment of staff to utilisation targets.
- Identifying and driving consultancy improvement initiatives.
- Effective staff development to ensure effective utilisation.
- Managing compliance and risk.
- Contribution to service development and operationalisation of new services.
- Cost control and year-on-year efficiency improvement.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing, fully utilised team.
- Developing effective forecast models based on departmental and industry trends and demand patterns.
- Leading risk assessments and mitigation activities to protect revenue.
- Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Analysing, reviewing, forecasting, and trending complex data into the business planning process.
- Identifying and driving additional commercial opportunities.
- Delivering the Professional Services Strategy.
- Championing internal change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
- Promoting a positive image of MHR at all times.
