Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth, profitability, and volume by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Develop and execute strategies to promote Caldic's chemical products, including Solvents, Adhesives, Rubber, Plastics, Coatings, and Water treatment solutions.

Accountable for sales revenue and material margin for key existing customers.

Establish and achieve long-term growth targets for top customers.

Responsible for pricing and quotation for assigned customer pool.

Ensure the promotion and sales of the entire product portfolio, balancing initiatives to drive growth.

Own customer relationships for selected accounts, including lead generation, initial contact, and customer visits.

Develop and implement account planning for key customers.

Collaborate with marketing to plan and forecast segment sales, sharing information with the supply chain.

Analyze market insights, indicators, and trends for assigned market segments and customers.

Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve year-on-year growth and meet strategic objectives.
