Sales Support Coordinator

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the admin department of a world-leading Chesterfield-based industrial client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing efficient service to internal and external personnel
- Controlling stock levels of customer items within agreed limits
- Operating systems clearly and efficiently, regularly monitoring to ensure order entry compliance with customer requirements and company policies
- Providing regular administrative support to Account Managers as needed
Required skills include:
- Effective communication and people development skills
- Developing relationships with colleagues and customers
- Reviewing resources and adjusting workload based on deadlines
- Focused understanding of customer care and after-sales service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working hours and pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm (30-minute unpaid break)
- Friday: 9am-2pm
- Hourly rate: £11.75-£12.25 dependent on experience
