Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our Order Fulfilment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate internal supplier information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders created daily and progress back orders with all suppliers and vendors
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships
- Maintain current and accurate internal supplier information
- Process purchase orders
- Progression of purchase orders, obtaining due dates & updating the system to reflect ETAs
- Work with sales and other teams to resolve price queries and delivery issues
- Co-ordinate the booking in and invoicing of purchase orders
- Obtaining proof of delivery & additional delivery information as and when required
- Liaise with internal sales account managers to resolve order queries
