About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our Order Fulfilment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with order processing, including processing customer orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Offer excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
