Specialist Community Health Professional

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Community Health Professional to join our team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our community health services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and families.
Job Responsibilities:
- To co-manage a caseload within a team of other health visitors and take responsibility for the outcomes of those allocated for assessment, intervention, and management.
- To develop the health visiting service in the defined locality through proactive leadership and innovative practice.
- To provide management and leadership to community nursery nurses and other skill mix team members.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000, depending on experience.
