We are seeking a highly motivated Community Health Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious pharmacist to contribute to the growth and development of our company.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the branch pharmacist managers and superintendent pharmacist to ensure that each pharmacy worked at is operating efficiently and safely. This will involve promoting good business performance, establishing long-term relationships with customers, and ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met.
About the Role:
- To lead, manage, and develop the pharmacy team to maximize sales and profitability of our pharmacies.
- To provide a safe and efficient Pharmaceutical Service within the accepted legal and professional requirements using relevant policies and procedures and the GPhC code of ethics.
- To project a positive image of the company as its representative, both to company staff and external organisations.
Person Specification:
- Registered as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Accredited for all NHS Wales Clinical Community Pharmacy Services.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
