About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our team and lead our new supported living and residential service in Wolverhampton.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, including staff supervision, training, and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • To lead and motivate a team of care professionals, promoting a positive and respectful work environment that supports excellent practice.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as CQC requirements, to maintain a safe and secure service.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality assurance metrics, to inform service improvement and strategic planning.

Your Requirements:

  • A valid registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a proven track record of leadership in care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, service users, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service and its users.
