Job Title: Deputy Care Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Deputy Care Director to join our team at Safehands Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manager in service management and day-to-day running of the award-winning Ofsted care service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to provide quality support and life experiences to service users.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and assist with administrative duties.
  • Level 3 - Children's Care qualification and experience in children's care are required.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
