Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge power-to-fuel machine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building testing infrastructure, thermal and fluid management solutions, and control systems to maximize plant productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build testing infrastructure at increasingly larger scales (10 kW - 100 kW - 1 MW -...)
  • Accelerate performance and longevity testing across all 3 systems
  • Design and build thermal and fluid management solutions to integrate all balance of plant operations, maximize heat recovery, and ensure low-cost and robust flow control
  • Design and build control systems to optimize H2 and CO2 production, maximize CH4 production rate, and enable complete and robust autonomous operation
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in chemical reactor, direct-air-capture, or electrolyser design and build
