Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize processes for the production of synthetic fuels from renewable resources, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
- Conduct research and development to enhance existing synthetic fuel production methods and create new technologies, driving innovation and growth in the industry.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments and simulations to drive process improvements and innovation, making data-driven decisions to optimize fuel production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of synthetic fuel processes into products and systems, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards in all synthetic fuel processes, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the environment.
- Develop protocols and standards for testing and validation of synthetic fuel processes and products, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the scale-up and transfer of synthetic fuel processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's or PhD preferred.
- Experience in synthetic fuel process development and optimization, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and process control, with proficiency in using engineering software for process simulation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
