Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Decarbonization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and help us speed up the development of our 3 core product modules: Alkaline Electrolyser, Direct-Air-Capture, and Sabatier Reactor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build testing infrastructure at increasingly larger scales (10 kW - 100 kW - 1 MW -...)
  • Accelerate performance and longevity testing across all 3 systems
  • Design and build thermal and fluid management solutions to integrate all balance of plant operations
  • Maximise heat recovery and integration across the RNG
  • Design and build control systems to maximise plant productivity with a varying solar input
  • Optimise H2 and CO2 production to maximise CH4 production rate
  • Ensure complete and robust autonomous operation
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Chemical reactor, direct-air-capture, or electrolyser design and build experience (or related)
