About the Role:
Skanska, a leading global development and construction company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join its Commercial Property Maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational delivery performance meets contract obligations and company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of engineers to maintain high standards of performance.
- Manage client and building user expectations to achieve consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
- Manage quality procedures on site.
- Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to deliver client satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested by Skanska Building Services senior management.
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance for equipment, plant, services, and systems.
- Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
Requirements:
- Qualified in an engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher.
- Electrical experience essential.
- 17th / 18th Edition certification.
- Experience of FM service delivery.
- Sound knowledge of H&S legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employee, customer, and client.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of Concept E Logbooks systems preferred.
