Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed quotes based on engineer reports, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Ensure quotations are sent within 24 hours of attendance, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure quotes have step-by-step descriptions, enabling clients and engineers to understand the required steps for job completion.
- Report daily on the number and value of quotes sent, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Chase sub-contractors for reports and quotations on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Address queries related to quotations, providing clear and concise information to clients.
- Chase quotations to gain feedback and update eWorks accordingly, ensuring seamless communication.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure engineers are booked to attend quotations with the right skill-set and correct geographical location, optimizing job efficiency.
- Assist with Project Management of jobs, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
- Experience working within a property maintenance company is ideal.
- Understanding of various building issues, construction types, and methods of repair is essential.
- Ability to produce estimates relating to remedial works, with training provided as needed.
- Computer/technology literacy, with experience using Microsoft 365.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Great attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Good recall and memory of ongoing jobs, ensuring seamless project management.
- Quick learner, eager to learn and grow within our company.
