The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Clapham. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts from bookings to invoicing, working in a supportive and fun environment, and providing an excellent quality service to our loyal portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all job requests, ensuring efficient and correct processing
  • Daily liaison with property managers, tenants, clients, and engineers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion
  • Stay up-to-date with engineers' skills and trades to increase productivity and minimize re-calls
  • Ensure accurate booking confirmations are sent to clients
  • Update eWorks with user-friendly descriptions and cover all points to enable engineers to complete their work efficiently
  • Book jobs in the same geographical locations for efficiency
  • Promote and sell our services to existing accounts and prospective clients
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Requirements
  • You are a true team player with motivation and a desire to smash targets
  • You have great attention to detail, ensuring all dots are joined from booking to invoicing
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team
  • You are a quick learner, eager to find out more
  • You have proven ability to juggle multiple account management while keeping a smile on your face
  • You possess excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working within a property maintenance company or within the property industry is desirable
  • You are able to be office-based full-time during your training and probation phase
  • You are within a reasonable commute to Clapham North
