Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operational domestic day-to-day activities within Zone 3 (All Saints North)
  • Ensure efficient and effective FM service to support core University objectives
  • Conduct cleaning duties, compliance inspections, and maintenance reporting
  • Provide portering, waste management, and parcel duties in accordance with Manchester Metropolitan procedures and practices
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 15:30, with some occasional flexible working required to support open days and visit days at a weekend.
