We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Williams Lea Limited.

The role is based in Manchester with regular travel to Leeds and Cardiff offices. The successful candidate will provide facilities and health & safety support, maintaining processes, working to schedules and delivering excellent service.

This is a new role within the company, and we are looking for someone to develop the position alongside the Head of Workspace Operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in facilities roles, excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting stock levels of office consumables
  • Assisting with contractors on site
  • Liaising with management to ensure relevant paperwork is in place
  • Supporting security and access passes for building access
  • Assisting with day-to-day H&S compliance
  • Supporting management with H&S audits and assessments
  • Receiving instruction from management regarding general maintenance
  • Adhering to high-quality service delivery across offices
  • Supporting the implementation of standardised processes for facilities
  • Maintaining continuous lines of communication with the Head of Workplace Operations
  • Partnering with the Head of Workplace Operations and adhering to corporate policies and internal controls

Personal Attributes:

  • Over 1 year of experience in facilities roles
  • Demonstrated record of implementing solutions that have permanently resolved difficult situations
  • Excellent customer service skills with a service-minded approach
  • PC literate including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Legal, Professional Services or Corporate background
  • Previous experience of working with senior professionals in a professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills
