Position: Facilities Operations Manager at Mazars

Team Overview

  • The Workplace Solutions Team is responsible for comprehensive management of facilities, including security, maintenance of property and equipment, postal services, archiving, health and safety protocols, and office relocations.

Role Overview

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Workplace Solutions to ensure the effective management of all UK locations.
  • Provide exceptional, client-oriented services to office environments, focusing on building strong partnerships with local teams.
  • Play a pivotal role in the transition to a hybrid working environment.
  • Lead a team of Facilities Officers and work in conjunction with the London Property & Facilities Manager to implement best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Committed facilities management professional, preferably a member of BIFM or an equivalent organization.
  • Experience in managing building operations and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering integrated facilities services, performance oversight, and health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, workplace safety standards, risk assessment, and safety management protocols.
