About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to end-users, promoting excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage and close incidents and service requests via our helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Proactively replace end-of-life assets, ensuring the disposal or recycling of old devices.
  • Administer mobile devices via our MDM platform and SIM card connections.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Ensure changes are made in accordance with our change management guidelines and policies.
  • Provide support to projects as required to deploy new technologies.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EUC Support Engineer with a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards. You will have experience of administering MDM platforms, understanding networking concepts, and providing excellent customer service. You should also have experience of supporting networked printers and proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and application support.
