Job Title: EUC Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Support Engineer to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to end-users, promoting excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards, as well as a technical knowledge of Microsoft product base, including client Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11), Teams, Office 365, and Azure. You will have experience of administering MDM platforms, such as Endpoint Manager (Intune), and an understanding of networking (Wireless, LAN, and WAN). Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-focused approach are essential in maintaining accurate inventory data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd line technical support to end-users
  • Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Proactive replacement of end-of-life assets
  • Provide IT Induction for new starters
  • Administer mobile devices via an MDM platform
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT hardware
  • Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies
  • Provide support to projects as required
About You:
