Job Title: EUC Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to end-users across Sysco GB, promoting excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Prioritize workload to maintain service levels, manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Proactively replace end-of-life assets, ensuring accurate disposal or recycling of old devices.
  • Administer mobile devices via an MDM platform and SIM card connections, maintaining accurate asset inventory of IT hardware.
  • Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies, providing support to projects as required.
About You:

We are looking for a skilled EUC Support Engineer with a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards. You will have experience of administering MDM platforms, understanding of networking, and excellent interpersonal skills. A keen attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate inventory data and documentation.
