Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the coordination and status of the quotation process of products, preparation and issue of fully documented, accurate, organised orders, and provide support to the sales manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge of products, customers, and the marketplace: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, customer needs, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Review contractors' supply chain: Analyze and optimize our supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare customer quotes and deal with enquiries: Develop and submit accurate and competitive quotes, and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend exhibitions and events to gain industry knowledge and promote company products: Represent Omega Resource Group at industry events and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
  • Manage and improve lead generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and improve sales performance.
  • Ensure quotations are within company capability – work closely with technical, financial, and production: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quotations are accurate and achievable.
  • Review company product offering and suggest developments/improvements: Provide feedback on our product offerings and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills: Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Previous sales/account management experience: Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of sales performance.
  • Construction/manufacturing background: A background in construction or manufacturing would be an asset, but not required.
