Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Carlisle, Cumbria. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and other needs, and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support clients with social, emotional, and physical tasks and activities, including personal care.
  2. Work with clients aged 17-64 years old, supporting them throughout the day with indoor and outdoor activities, engaging with them, and performing personal care duties.
  3. Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and care.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 Years UK experience working with Elderly/Younger Adults and Learning Disabilities.
  • Good English skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to provide personal care.
  • Holding a valid DBS certificate or being willing to apply for one.
  • Ability to work shifts on a 24/7 rota with flexibility being essential.
