Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our team at The London Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients.
  • Undertake administrative tasks for medical administrative areas.
  • Deal with issues, requests, and enquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure collection of payment from clients.

Requirements
  • Receptionist experience in a similar private hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Strong PC skills required.
  • Ability to be flexible with changing workloads.
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as alone.
