Operations Coordinator

Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Operations Executive to join their team in Crawley. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, working closely with various teams to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client account team, customer service, and management with administrative tasks
- Manage the client database, schedules, and tasks for clients, ensuring accuracy
- Organize the delivery of label and mailing information
- Track the process and changes of deliveries
- Handle daily administration tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operations
Requirements:
- Competent IT skills, including Excel and data management software
- Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Ability to undertake tasks with energy and tenacity
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize accordingly
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and adapt communication style accordingly
