Job Description:

Primary School Teaching Assistant - KS2 SEMH

About the Role:

We are seeking a teaching assistant to provide support to a student with SEMH needs in a KS2 classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support and enable the student to access the curriculum.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons to a student with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote social, emotional, and mental health
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Salary: £23,500 - £28,000 per annum
