Job Overview:

At The Londoner, we are seeking a highly motivated Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Londoner Spa and Health Club. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and complete any pre-treatment administration.
  • Ensure guests have everything they need to fully enjoy their spa experience.
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures, including checking stock levels and reporting low stock to the Spa Manager.
  • Confidently promote and sell spa services to maximize sales potential.
  • Answer questions from guests about treatments and services available in the spa.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous spa or health club experience, or an interest in developing a career in this field. Excellent communication skills and a warm and polite telephone manner are essential. You should be able to understand the value of teamwork and collaborate well with other departments.
