Job Title: Spa Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage spa bookings, scheduling, and treatment room allocations to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the spa team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A customer service background in luxury spas, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment
  • Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
