About the Spa Receptionist Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, coordinating spa appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process
  • Coordinate and manage spa appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and therapist availability
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services and facilities
  • Assist with taking orders and serving food & beverages to guests in the Spa
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining client records

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in spa or hospitality services, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. You should possess a deep understanding of spa treatments and a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service.
