Job Title: Spa Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and treatment room allocations to maximize revenue and efficiency
- Provide expert advice on spa treatments, products, and services to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with the Spa Director to achieve financial targets and drive business growth
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in customer service, ideally in a luxury spa environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike. A strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ or professional certifications) are highly desirable.
