About the Spa Receptionist Role

The Spa Receptionist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for spa guests. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a warm and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa
  • Coordinate and manage spa appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and therapist availability
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services and facilities
  • Assist with taking orders and serving food & beverages to guests in the Spa
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining client records

Requirements:

  • Proven background in spa or hospitality services
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
