Description of Job:
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to provide tailored support to students with complex needs. You will use your knowledge and skills to help students achieve their learning milestones and academic goals, and collaborate closely with external professionals and psychologists to ensure students receive comprehensive care. As an SEN Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children or in Mental Health settings and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain a calm approach when working with challenging situations. With no prior experience necessary, this is an ideal starting point for graduates looking to gain experience in the education sector or those with an interest in Psychology or Mental Health.

Salary Information: £30,000 per annum plus benefits
