Autism and SEN Learning Facilitator

Supporting Students with Autism and SEN:
As an Autism and SEN Teaching Assistant at Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism and Special Educational Needs to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide individualized support and create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans for students with Autism and SEN
- Provide emotional and social support to students, including helping them manage challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students with Autism and SEN
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with Autism and SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students
Salary and Benefits:
