**Job Title:** Primary SEN Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated primary school teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive SEN school in Slough. As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will play a key role in creating an environment where every child thrives.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching primary-aged children and a strong understanding of SEN and inclusive practices. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.

**Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Your Role:

  1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
  2. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to develop holistic, individualized learning plans.
  3. Monitor and assess pupil progress, setting realistic and achievable goals in line with their EHCPs.
  4. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere, celebrating each child's achievements and progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher (QTS)
  • Experience teaching primary-aged children
  • Strong understanding of SEN and inclusive practices
  • Patience, resilience, and adaptability to work effectively in a SEN setting
