Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated teacher to fill the position of Early Years SEN primary school educator.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to create a supportive environment for children with special educational needs, enabling them to develop skills that facilitate their inclusion in society.

The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each child, as well as managing classroom behaviour and creating an inclusive atmosphere.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children who have special educational needs and will be able to demonstrate their ability to utilise various teaching methods to deliver effective lessons.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of around £33,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each child
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social interaction and learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour and provide support to children with varying levels of need

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Education or Child Development
  • Qualified EYFS SEN primary school teacher with a proven track record of working with children with special needs
  • Able to utilise a range of teaching methods to deliver engaging and effective lessons
