Educational Assistant for Children with Autism

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an Autism and SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism and Special Educational Needs to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-to-one with students who require additional support
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students with Autism and SEN
- Provide emotional and social support to students, including helping them manage challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students with Autism and SEN
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with Autism and SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £83-£95 per day
