About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust in Slough. As an autism specialist, you will teach small groups of students and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to promote student progress.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Working closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
  • Tracking student progress and making adjustments to IEPs as needed.
What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience working with students with autism.
  • Expertise in autism support strategies.
  • A valid DBS check.
Salary and Benefits

This SEN Teacher position comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will benefit from working in a supportive environment that prioritises student well-being.
