Job Summary

We are seeking a technically adept Pre-Sales Director to lead, mentor, and work with our Pre-Sales team to address the technical needs of potential customers. As a councillor and advisor to customers and technical coach to the team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Microsoft solutions across enterprise, networking, collaboration, security, data centre, and cloud.
  2. Conducting Pre-Sale activities, including responding to RFQ/RFT/ITT requests.
  3. Delivering multi-site contact centres and creating and maintaining vendor relationships.
  4. Using vendor configuration tools and designing resource/services/managed service led opportunities.
  5. Presenting to all levels from C-level to technical staff and creating business value through effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and mentoring the Pre-Sales team to achieve technical sales goals.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  3. Conducting technical sales activities, including demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  4. Creating and delivering sales proposals and presentations.
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree or equivalent experience in product applications, with a working knowledge of company products and related technologies.
  2. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Knowledge of business-value selling tactics and techniques.
  4. At least three years of experience in Pre-Sales Management.
