Vanta Inc. is seeking an Account Development Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will collaborate on account plans that identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers to increase their usage of Vanta's platform via new frameworks, security tools, etc.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience selling to or managing customers, fluency in written and spoken English and French, and the ability to work in our Dublin or London office 3 days a week. A strong ability to prospect and build pipeline without assistance from BDR and/or inbound support is also required.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of $130,000 - $170,000 per year, plus equity and benefits including industry-competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage, 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents, health & wellness stipend, remote workspace stipend, pension matching, 25 days of PTO per year and unlimited sick time, and 8 company paid holidays.
