Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our outbound department team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maximizing efficiency, and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the outbound department team, monitoring productivity and ensuring service levels are met.
  • Support the Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by analyzing logistics processes and managing workflows.
  • Responsible for retail store allocation and replenishment, online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, and shipping to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way, adhering to H&M operational and sustainability standards.
  • Guarantee optimal product availability and picking.
  • Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, enabling you to run the operation on a daily basis.
  • Conduct inventory counts and identify risks and issues in the daily DC outbound department team, reporting to the outbound Department Manager.
  • Resolve identified risks, issues, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Good operational DC outbound experience across Online + Stores to effectively lead operations of an outbound team.
  • Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution.
  • Understanding of outbound processes and garment flow.
  • Good understanding of warehouse management system.
  • Knowledgeable in operational outbound logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach.
  • Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation, and people development by empowering others.
  • Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.

Additional Information

This is a full-time permanent position. Rotation of shift patterns 06:00-14:30 & 14:00-22:30. Must be fully flexible to work any 5 days out of 7. Premium rate of pay for any PM shift worked.
