Lead and Inspire a Dynamic Warehouse Team at H&M Group

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, overseeing a team of skilled professionals responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership and Management: Guide, motivate, and develop your team to achieve peak performance. Monitor productivity levels and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to implement strategies that optimize warehouse processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs. Analyze logistics workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock checks and cycle counts. Implement procedures to prevent loss or damage of goods and maintain optimal product availability.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving customer orders to preparing and shipping packages. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to meet customer expectations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
  • A commitment to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
