We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our client's facility in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, including using Microsoft Excel.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
