We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Great Bear. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack stock and orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Load customer pallets onto trailers using material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Ensure accurate picking and packing of products.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and managers.
  • Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Report any issues or damages to the warehouse team leader and manager.
  • Comply with warehouse procedures for reporting damages and operating MHE equipment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expected to operate all required MHE to deliver operational requirements.
  • Reasonable level of verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Adaptable approach to training.
  • Conscientious and reliable.
  • Good working attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
  • FLT Licence desirable.
