Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Join Great Bear as a Warehouse Operative and be part of a dynamic team that drives success in logistics. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack stock and orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Load customer pallets onto trailers using Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Ensure accurate picking and loading of products.
  • Maintain high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Report any issues or damages to the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
  • Operate MHE equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expected to operate all required MHE to meet operational needs.
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork and adaptability.
  • Reliability and a good working attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
  • FLT license is desirable.
