We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager - Sustainability and Risk to join our dynamic global engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies, and managing a team of three Facilities personnel.

  • Foster a positive health and safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and reporting findings to the Operations Board.
  • Investigate accidents or near misses and develop risk assessments to prevent future incidents.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Liaise with external consultants and suppliers to ensure sustainability initiatives are aligned with company goals.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including pension, health insurance, flexible working options, and support for your professional growth, is also offered.
