Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

Pontoon is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with a chance of extensions. The role is based in Warwick offices (2 days a week on site).

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process health and safety related incidents via phone and email from internal customers.
  • Record incidents in the Incident Management database in line with INV1 and HSE requirements.
  • Engage with the caller to ensure accurate interpretation, transcription, and input of incident details into databases.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business' Health and Safety obligations.
  • Data input skills - speed and accuracy.
  • Support in training the wider business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong data input skills.
  • Familiarity with National Grid's Incident Management System.
