We at National Grid strive to be a leader in the energy transition, and we need the right talent to help us achieve our goals. As a Risk & Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for managing the approach to Cyber Governance, Cyber Risk and (for the UK only) Cyber Regulatory Compliance.

This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and a ability to articulate complex ideas and influence in a matrix environment. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. They will also have 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of people management experience with relevant industry and professional certifications.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 per annum, plus a company car or allowance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, a salary sacrifice technology scheme, support via the employee assistance line and matched charity giving.
