Cyber Governance and Compliance Manager Role
As a Cyber Governance and Compliance Manager, you'll manage the approach to Cyber Governance, Cyber Risk, and Cyber Regulatory Compliance as owned by the Global CISO and defined by the National Grid Cyber Security Senior Leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the National Grid Cyber Security Senior Leadership team in ensuring organizational context, risk management strategy, roles, responsibilities, and authorities, policy, and oversight are documented and communicated.
- Developing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and adherence to policies and standards.
- Ensuring the organization's approach to Cyber Governance and Compliance is fit for purpose, current, and effectively managed.
About You
We're looking for someone with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You should have 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years of people management experience with relevant industry and professional certifications, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
